Responsibilities include coordination, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, contract administration and financial tracking. The role offers remote work options across multiple US locations and a competitive hourly

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in project management or related roles within the real estate industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder relations.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Experience in managing small to medium-scale projects from initiation through completion.
• Knowledge of real estate industry best practices and construction processes.

Responsabilidades

• Project coordination: assist the project manager in overseeing all aspects of project development and execution.
• Stakeholder management: engage with clients, consultants, and contractors for effective communication.
• Risk assessment: identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
