Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support real estate and construction projects. You will coordinate budgets, schedules, and quality standards while collaborating with a team to meet client expectations.

You will work with project managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success, maintain documentation, manage risks, and support contract administration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in project management or related roles in real estate.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Proficient with project management software and tools.
• Experience managing small to medium-scale projects from initiation to completion.
• Knowledge of real estate industry best practices and construction processes.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the project manager in overseeing all aspects of project development and execution, including budget management and schedule adherence.
• Engage with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for project success.
• Support in reviewing, negotiating, and administering contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Monitor project financial performance and maintain budget records.
• Coordinate meetings and prepare presentations for the project team.
