Job summary

Merkle in the United States is seeking a temporary project coordinator to assist project managers in delivering complex digital projects remotely from Maryland. You will act as a delivery lead support and main contact for projects, helping keep timelines, budgets, and quality aligned with client expectations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of project management experience, plus strong communication and time management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1–3 years of project management experience.
• Knowledge of standard project methodologies.
• Excellent written and oral communication and time management.
• Experience creating timelines and monitoring budgets.
• Experience working with clients and within scopes of work.

Responsibilities

• Aid project managers/program leadership in delivery of complex projects
• Deliver projects of low risk and complexity, on-time and on-budget with high quality and client satisfaction
• Serve as a supporting delivery lead and internal and external point of contact for their projects
• Produce and manage timelines in accordance with the constraints identified as needed
• Support internal and external communications regarding various aspects of the project
• Support internal and external project status reports and maintain all necessary project documentation
• Implement existing methodologies and utilize the given toolset to manage projects
• Any other reasonable or necessary activity required by management or leadership
