Job summary

FranklinCovey is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join the AI Platform team. You will handle discovery, requirements, testing, and launch, plus enablement for sales and client success teams. You’ll coordinate pilots, document processes, and support security readiness. Remote in the contiguous US, with compensation in the $77k–$101k range.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s or equivalent, 2+ years in product-focused roles and experience with AI tools to enhance product outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in product management, product operations, technical program management, implementation, solutions consulting, or a similar role at a software or technology company
• Experience creating technical documentation, training, or enablement materials
• Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) in day-to-day work

Responsibilities

• Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases for MCP tools, AI skills, and in-app experiences in partnership with the Product Manager, and work alongside Engineering and Design from build through release.
• Contribute test scenarios and expected answers to quality checks (evals) for AI features, review results with subject-matter experts, and flag issues before launch.
• Support discovery through customer and internal interviews and partner and marketplace research.
• Use AI tools daily for research, drafting, prototyping, and analysis, verifying output and following FranklinCovey's AI-use policy, and share reusable prompts and templates with the team.
