Qualifications

• 1–2 years of design experience with a design system.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance the design process.
• Solid UX/UI knowledge for web and mobile.
• Strong collaboration and proactive communication.
• Proficient in design software (Figma) for pixel-perfect handoff.
• Able to take feedback constructively and pivot quickly.
• Empathy for users, handling stressful workflows with care.
• Familiarity with corporate design systems and when to push beyond them.
• Willingness to engage with customers for feature ideas.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers to shape payroll and team-management UX.
• Onboard businesses and employees and prepare them for payroll processing.
• Review shifts, time and labor costs before payroll runs.
• Explain payroll reports, taxes, deductions, and payments to customers.
• Process payroll accurately while maintaining compliance.
