Qualifications

• 7–10 years in management consulting or experience-led transformation with tenure at a top-tier strategy firm.
• 3+ years in senior client-facing advisory roles with executive impact.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field required.
• Proven track record designing operating models, governance structures, or strategic roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and visioning sessions to surface opportunities and gaps.
• Translate objectives into strategy roadmaps, operating models, and phased plans.
• Present findings and recommendations to executive audiences with clarity.
