Qualifications

• Experience in advisory, consulting, transformation, or industry leadership roles.
• Expertise in change management across large multinational implementations.
• Led change management workstreams, bid development, proposals, and client presentations.
• Sales strategy, pursuit development, and facilitation of client workshops.
• Knowledge across multiple consulting domains (supply chain, finance, CX, cost reduction, digital transformation).
• Track record of delivering business development in large projects with full lifecycle exposure.
• Deep understanding of key industry domains and current market trends.
• Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities
