Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years of project management experience, preferably in clinical delivery.
• Experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation, delivery, and closeout of device logistics projects for eCOA studies.
• Coordinate with SMEs to ensure inventory, MDM, and global shipping activities are on schedule.
• Oversee project budgets, track hours, and support change orders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope and delivery expectations.
• Develop deployment plans and monitor service delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate with internal teams, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans to ensure quality processes.
