Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Networking, IT, CS, or related field; 0-2 years exp acceptable.
• Valid US driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong foundational networking knowledge (TCP/IP, routing/switching, VLANs).
• Ability to work effectively in a primarily remote environment and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill network service requests via ServiceNow and perform standard changes.
• Support enterprise network infrastructure across multiple locations.
• Perform planned changes and operational tasks with established standards.
