Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6–8 years cross‑functional pharma/biotech experience.
• 5+ years in clinical trials focused on sample collection.
• Extensive clinical lab operations and biospecimen logistics.
• Strong understanding of lab operations delivery.
• Knowledge of clinical research and emerging tech in studies.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and lead meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Clinical Laboratory Study Managers and external resources across programs.
• Collaborate with study teams, precision medicine leaders, and vendors on sample collection and data delivery.
• Oversee planning and lifecycle activities for central and specialty lab services.
• Monitor sample acquisition and ensure consent/procedures compliance.
• Provide SME on laboratory operations and biospecimen management.
• Support vendor selection and RFP processes related to testing and services.
• Coordinate with data management for data capture, transfer, blinding and reporting.
• Identify risks and ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved.
