Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking an Associate Manager, Business Performance for the Salty & Protein portfolio to translate retail, category, customer, and consumer data into actionable insights. You will monitor performance, identify growth drivers and risks, and collaborate with Brand, Finance, Commercial Planning, Investor Relations, and other teams to inform planning and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Salty & Protein business performance and identify key drivers of growth, share, risk, and opportunity.
• Leverage syndicated POS and panel data, along with internal expertise, to understand business performance and marketplace dynamics.
• Assess the impact of innovation, investment, pricing, competitive activity, timing shifts, and consumer trends on business results.
• Develop clear, actionable insights and recommendations that help teams focus on key business priorities.
• Synthesize data from multiple sources into concise performance narratives, scorecards, and business updates.
• Partner with Brand, Finance, Commercial Planning, Investor Relations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure insights are incorporated into decision-making.
• Support planning, forecasting, and business review processes by identifying assumptions, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Monitor competitor performance, innovations, and emerging category, customer, and consumer trends that may impact business results.
