Job summary

Imagine360, a health plan solution company, seeks an Assistant General Counsel to support the Chief Legal Officer and the broader team in implementing strategic legal initiatives and providing internal and external counsel. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, contract review, and coordinating with outside counsel.

The position is 100% remote in the United States. Candidates should hold a JD, be licensed in good standing, and bring four or more years in regulatory, healthcare, insurance,

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree required.
• Law license in good standing (PA, TX, UT, MT preferred).
• Minimum four years of legal experience.
• Experience in regulatory/compliance, healthcare, or insurance sectors.

Responsibilities

• Advise on strategic and tactical legal initiatives with internal teams.
• Review and negotiate contracts and procurement documents.
• Oversee outside counsel on designated projects.
• Provide regulatory guidance on ACA, HIPAA, and related laws.
• Support litigation and discovery as needed.
