Strong networking, editorial judgment, and exceptional written communication are essential. We value 1–5 years of post-PhD experience, a PhD in physics, and the ability to work with a tight-knit team; editorial experience is preferred

Qualifications

• A PhD in physics is required and post-PhD experience is valued.
• Strong ability to evaluate scientific work and discuss technical issues.
• Excellent written, listening, and communication skills for authors and reviewers.
• Editorial experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage evaluation, review, and editing of physics manuscripts.
• Judge scientific value and select reviewers for submissions.
• Discuss and Recommend Manuscripts with staff, advisors, and authors.
• Write summaries of research results for publication.
• Guide authors on revisions and edit manuscripts for content and style.
