Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years in pharmaceutical/biotech or healthcare ops.
  • Experience leading customer-facing operations and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage escalations and drive alignment among stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and multi-priority management skills.
  • Experience establishing workflows, service standards, and performance expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the TSOC organization with defined structure and capabilities.
  • Coordinate treatment journey across sites, manufacturers, and internal teams.
  • Oversee centralized case management and timely issue resolution.
  • Establish escalation processes and proactive operational improvements.
  • Drive visibility and stakeholder communication throughout the treatment journey.
  • Collaborate with IT, Patient Support, and Strategy teams to remove barriers.
