Job summary

You will coordinate patient cases, manage workflows, and ensure timely progression through treatment milestones while serving as the operational bridge among sites, alliance stakeholders, manufacturers, and internal teams. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in pharmaceutical/biotech or healthcare ops.
• Experience leading customer-facing operations and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage escalations and drive alignment among stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and multi-priority management skills.
• Experience establishing workflows, service standards, and performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the TSOC organization with defined structure and capabilities.
• Coordinate treatment journey across sites, manufacturers, and internal teams.
• Oversee centralized case management and timely issue resolution.
• Establish escalation processes and proactive operational improvements.
• Drive visibility and stakeholder communication throughout the treatment journey.
• Collaborate with IT, Patient Support, and Strategy teams to remove barriers.
