Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an Associate Director, Trade and Distribution for a Remote, United States-based role. You will support the execution of Trade and Distribution activities for full-service commercial opportunities and prepare client organizations for distribution requirements, often for small to mid-sized Pharma and Biotech clients entering the US market.

You will work closely with the FSC Trade and Distribution Sr.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in Pharma/BioTech with at least 3 years in Trade and Distribution.
• Experience launching products across institutional, specialty, retail channels.
• Operational experience in Big Pharma and/or smaller Pharma environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the Trade and Distribution strategy.
• Identify key success factors to maximize product use and minimize barriers to appropriate use.
• Define services required by distribution partners organized into service model distribution flows.
• Engage in Trade Partner Selection and onboarding of 3PL, WS, Specialty Distributors, Specialty Pharmacy as requested.
• Define roadmap for day-1 distribution readiness and day-to-day execution.
• Onboarding of selected 3PL, SP, SD and manage contracting and licenses.
