Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Trade and Distribution to drive day-1 readiness and ongoing distribution operations for pharma clients in the US. You will collaborate with the Senior Director to oversee manufacturing, packaging, and distribution activities and ensure timely execution across channels.

The role requires hands-on operational experience in Trade and Distribution, including onboarding 3PLs and managing regulatory filings, licenses, and channel

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years in Pharma/BioTech with at least 3 years supporting Trade and Distribution
• Big Pharma and/or small Pharma operational experience (not just strategy)
• Experience launching products in various settings (institutional, specialty, retail) with distributed networks

Responsibilities

• Define roadmap of activities for day-1 distribution readiness
• Oversee trade and distribution processes across manufacturing, packaging, and distribution
• Onboard 3PL, specialty distributors, and specialty pharmacy
• Manage contracting issues and set up 3PL distribution service agreements
• Develop forecasts for demand planning and support license registrations
