Job summary

Insmed is seeking an Associate Director, Scientific Publications to lead and expand the integrated publication strategy within Global Medical Affairs. You will collaborate with Clinical Development, HEOR, Biometrics, Medical Directors, and Field Medical teams to align on strategy and execution, engaging medical experts and authors.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master’s or doctoral) in a scientific discipline and 7+ years in pharma/biotech Medical Affairs publications.
• Experience designing and implementing Scientific Publications strategies with oversight of needs assessment.
• Knowledge of ICMJE, PhRMA guidelines, and CME Open Payments reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional global publication planning and annual publication plans.
• Partner with agency partners to deliver publications on time and within budget.
• Ensure complete documentation of publication tactics in internal databases.
• Support publication budget management and tracking.
• Incorporate published data into medical materials with Scientific Communications lead.
• Ensure compliance with ICMJE, PhRMA, and GPP guidelines.
