Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Sales Compliance to oversee compliance activities for sales operations. This role partners with sales, legal, compliance, and external agencies to promote a culture of compliance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include governance of sales channels, developing compliance policies, leading risk mitigation efforts, and communicating regulatory changes to stakeholders. This is a remote position with occasional travel to Humana offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of compliance experience.
• Extensive knowledge of CMS regulations, Medicare Advantage, Medicare marketing guidelines, Medicaid, HIPAA, and insurance compliance.
• 2+ years of people leadership or management experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder influence.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and governance for sales channels to ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls related to sales monitoring and oversight activities.
• Lead compliance efforts to identify, assess, and mitigate potential compliance risks.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Operational teams to address compliance concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze emerging regulatory changes and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership regarding compliance performance, findings, and risk mitigation.
