Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks an Associate Director, Sales Compliance to oversee compliance across sales operations, partnering with sales, legal, and external agencies to promote a culture of compliance and operational excellence.

You'll lead governance for sales channels, develop policies, assess risks, and communicate regulatory impacts to leadership, while driving corrective actions and reporting on performance and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in compliance.
• Extensive knowledge of CMS regulations, Medicare Advantage, Medicare marketing guidelines, Medicaid, HIPAA, and insurance compliance requirements.
• 2+ years of people leadership or management experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and governance for sales channels to ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls related to sales monitoring and oversight activities.
• Lead compliance efforts designed to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential compliance risks.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Operational teams to address compliance concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze emerging regulatory changes and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership regarding compliance performance, findings, and risk mitigation efforts
