Job summary

Banner Health seeks an Associate Director of Revenue Integrity to lead the Revenue Integrity Analyst team and drive charge capture optimization in a remote-capable role.

You will oversee process improvements, educate staff, and coordinate with finance, operations, and clinical departments to ensure compliant revenue capture and timely billing in alignment with CMS and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in Revenue Integrity with relevant coding and billing experience.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role with direct reports.
• In ambulatory setting, CPC/CCS-P with RHIA/RHIT/CCS or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight of Revenue Integrity Analyst team to optimize revenue and compliance.
• Coordinate with clinical and operational departments to resolve charge issues.
• Develop and educate staff on charge capture trends and corrective actions.
• Ensure proper charge capture, coding, and billing in line with CMS and regulations.
• Report KPI metrics and participate in Steering Committee updates.
