Job summary

Banner Health Corporate seeks an Associate Director of Revenue Integrity to lead the Revenue Integrity Analyst team, educate staff, and rollout process improvements. This role reports to the Revenue Integrity Director and collaborates with clinical and operational units to resolve charging issues.

Ideal candidates have extensive Revenue Integrity experience, leadership background, and strong CPT/ICD coding knowledge. A remote arrangement is available for eligible locations within listed states.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration or equivalent.
5+ years in Revenue Integrity with leadership experience.
RHIA/RHIT/CCS or CPC/CCS-P certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of ICD/DRG and CPT coding principles.

Responsibilities

Provide operational oversight of Revenue Integrity Analysts and lead education initiatives.
Drive revenue optimization through charge capture reconciliation and education.
Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to resolve charging deficiencies.
Monitor regulatory changes and update charge capture policies and KPI dashboards.
Lead special projects to reduce revenue leakage and ensure proper billing.
