Job summary

iCivics is seeking an Associate Director of Product Marketing to lead integrated marketing campaigns, drive go-to-market strategies, and shape product messaging for educators and district leaders. The role blends hands-on execution with strategic leadership as the team grows.

You will partner with Product, Engagement, Data, and Development teams to craft audiences, messages, and assets, and to measure campaign performance for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in product marketing, integrated marketing, campaign management, go-to-market strategy, or related work.
• Experience planning and executing integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
• Direct experience leading product launches or go-to-market initiatives.
• Strong cross-functional communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated marketing campaigns for major organizational priorities.
• Develop go-to-market plans for new products, resources, features, services, and updates.
• Develop positioning and messaging for priority products and audiences.
• Bring audience insights into product planning and campaign decisions.
