iCivics seeks an Associate Director of Product Marketing to connect its instructional products with educators and leaders. You will lead campaigns for major priorities, develop positioning, and translate product details into audience benefits.

Initially an individual contributor, you will write copy, create campaign assets, coordinate contributors, and oversee execution, with growth toward strategic leadership as the team expands.

Qualifikationen

• Strong ability to plan, write copy, and produce campaign assets.
• Experience in product marketing, integrated campaigns, and go-to-market planning.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns for major organizational priorities (back-to-school, Constitution Day, product launches).
• Define goals, audiences, messages, CTAs, timelines, deliverables, channel plans, and measures of success.
• Write and produce campaign materials including emails, landing pages, digital assets, and toolkits.
• Coordinate execution across email, web, social, paid media, events, and partnerships.
• Partner with designers, agencies, and internal teams to move campaigns from planning through launch.
• Lead post-launch reviews and recommend changes based on performance and feedback.
