Job summary

Metric Geo, in partnership with a nationally recognized organization in the building compliance industry, seeks an Associate Director of Inspection to lead operations within a designated region of its Manufactured Structures Segment.

The role focuses on directing a regional inspection team for modular and manufactured structures, ensuring compliance with building codes and HUD regulations, and driving quality in inspection reports and processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of modular/manufactured housing inspection experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and HUD regulations.
• Experience with inspection reporting and management software.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

• Ensure inspections are completed in accordance with state and federal building codes, HUD regulations, and industry standards.
• Support scheduling, operational efficiency, expense management, and process improvement initiatives.
• Perform field inspections as needed during peak workloads or for specialized expertise.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
