Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in modular/manufactured housing inspections or related QA/inspection role.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of modular/manufactured housing inspection standards and building codes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inspection management software.
