Revolution Medicines seeks an Associate Director, Market Access for Germany to shape access strategies and lead AMNOG filings, value dossiers, and payer negotiations. You will collaborate with regional and global teams to drive launch readiness and optimize reimbursement pathways.

You will translate clinical and economic data into compelling value communications for payers, engage with health authorities, and influence pricing strategies across the product lifecycle.

• Market Access & Reimbursement: Develop strategies for pricing decisions within the German healthcare system.
• HTA & Pricing Filings: Lead value dossiers and pricing negotiations with statutory payers.
• Value Communication: Translate clinical and economic evidence into payer‑focused messages.
• External Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with payers, HTA authorities and policy influencers.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Align local access strategy with Global and EU teams.
