Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Associate Director, HCP Marketing for the United States in a fully remote capacity. You will shape HCP marketing strategy, drive launch execution, and develop omnichannel campaigns aligned with brand strategy and regulatory standards.

You will partner with Sales, Sales Training, and external agencies to translate insights into actionable plans, oversee field activation, budget management, and strategic planning across cardiovascular and chronic care indications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing with 5+ years in pharma marketing.
• Strong written/verbal communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of promotional materials, sales resources, and customer-facing programs that meet regulatory and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Training, and agencies to plan field initiatives and POA execution.
• Oversee HCP field activation, sample strategy, and local congress/display activities in line with launch priorities.
• Manage HCP marketing budgets, forecasts, and resources to maximize ROI and impact.
