Jobgether SRL lists a partner company seeking an Associate Director, HCP Marketing in the United States. You will shape HCP marketing strategy, drive high-impact launch execution, and translate brand strategy into omnichannel campaigns in a fully remote biopharmaceutical environment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and guide agency partners while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in cardiovascular and chronic care markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
• At least seven years of relevant professional experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing.
• Five+ years in pharmaceutical marketing; experience with Sales, Sales Training, or agencies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of promotional materials, sales resources, and training content aligned with brand strategy and compliance.
• Partner with Sales and Sales Training to identify field needs and support POA execution.
• Oversee HCP field activation, communications, samples, and congress/display activities.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to maximize ROI.
• Lead day-to-day agency relationships and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Own annual brand and launch planning, including positioning, messaging, and segmentation.
• Translate market research and advisory insights into strategic brand plans.
