The Associate Director for Supply Chain Product Planning will partner with clinical and commercial supply chains to forecast and generate the master production schedule across multiple global CMOs, while monitoring stock, safety stock guidelines, and material expirations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biotechnology, life sciences, supply chain, business, engineering or another relevant field.
• 7+ years of relevant biopharmaceutical industry experience.
• 3+ years in production planning, inventory control, or demand forecasting for both clinical and commercial materials within biotech/pharmaceutical sectors.
• Experience using multiple systems for planning, forecasting, inventory management and ERP processes.
• Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes for drug substance, product, and combination products.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements related to material releases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated clinical and commercial forecasts within the SCMS planning tool across global CMOs.
• Translate enrollment schedules and forecasts into the master production plan for drug substance, product, and finished goods.
• Allocate drug substance batches between clinical and commercial end use with regulatory considerations.
• Build and maintain item/material masters within SCMS tool.
• Contribute supply chain input into cross-functional CD/OP and SO/P processes.
• Provide supply plan requests to CMO cores and integrate schedules into the master plan.
• Generate bulk material allocations and communicate production plans to support manufacturing at packaging vendors.
• Establish safety stock guidelines and monitor stock levels and expirations.
• Respond to projections by evaluating scenarios and impacts across end-to-end materials.
• Work with finance to assess budget impacts of planning scenarios.
• Identify bottlenecks, manage lead times, and maintain continuity under GxP rules.
• Support commercial launch readiness activities.
