Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Marketing, Strategy, or Business Administration.
• 10+ years in marketing or sales in biopharma; at least 3 years KOL management.
• Experience in Dermatology/Psoriasis market.
• Experience developing KOL engagement plans.
• Experience in Speaker Bureau strategy.
• Strong leadership; ability to influence without authority.
• Excellent collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication; budgeting experience; AI tools experience.

Responsabilidades

• KOL Engagement: identify, cultivate and maintain relationships with KOLs and APPs; develop strategic engagement plans; ensure compliant communications; gather CI; liaise between KOLs and Takeda leadership.
• Insight Generation: capture and analyze customer and market insights; share with cross-functional teams; inform brand planning and tactics.
• Advisory Boards: plan, recruit and run advisory boards; synthesize insights into actionable recommendations.
• Congress and Conferences: support strategy and execution; attend events; organize engagement opportunities and post-congress debriefs.
• P2P Engagements: lead partnerships with field leadership; identify educational needs; develop speaker bureau communications.
• Cross-functional Partnership: bridge internal teams with external thought leaders; ensure compliant, organized activities; lead initiatives across functions.
