Takeda seeks an Associate Director, Field Marketing for Dermatology (Psoriasis) to manage KOL relationships across the U.S., focusing on strategic partnerships and balanced scientific communication. This field-based, non-sales role reports to the Director of HCP Engagements and will travel up to 50% while coordinating with leadership to drive brand strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, marketing, strategy, or business.
• 10+ years in marketing or sales in biopharmaceuticals, including 3+ years in KOL management.
• Experience in Dermatology/Psoriasis therapeutic market.
• Proven ability to develop engagement plans for thought leader/KOL management.
• Experience in Speaker Bureau strategy, including training, content development, and execution of national-level programs.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with national and regional KOLs and APPs.
• Develop and execute strategic engagement plans aligned with brand objectives; serve as SME in psoriasis management.
• Ensure compliant, accurate, balanced scientific communication.
• Gather and analyze competitive intelligence related to KOL alignment and market drivers.
• Act as liaison between KOLs and Takeda's leadership; facilitate insights and opportunities.
• Capture and analyze customer and market insights to inform strategy and market entry.
• Plan and execute advisory boards with KOLs to gather disease-management insights.
• Support strategy and execution of congresses to advance the Dermatology brand.
• Lead partnerships with field leadership to optimize marketing strategies.
