This role will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve data quality, documentation, discoverability, and operational reliability, while helping shape the data architecture and team structure to deliver value at scale.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in Data Product Management, Data Strategy, Analytics, or Enterprise Governance, with proven experience in scaling data capabilities.
• Strong analytical and technical skills to evaluate and lead complex data architectures.
• Deep familiarity with enterprise data and analytics tools.
• Proven track record in data governance and establishing a single source of truth for metrics.
• Strong product lifecycle management skills for developing value-driven data products.
• Ability to leverage data and analytics to solve scaling challenges in organizations.
• Proven influencing skills to align senior stakeholders across various departments.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Product Management, Data to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will lead the strategy and execution for data products that support scalable growth, trusted analytics, and strong governance across the organization. The Director will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to improve data quality, documentation, discoverability, and operational reliability. This position will also help shape the data architecture and team structure needed to deliver business value at scale.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $197,300 – $313,700 annually
