Fitch Learning, a global leader in financial education, seeks an Associate Director, Sales & Business Development to drive revenue growth in the US market. The role is remote in Dallas, TX, with travel to client sites as needed.

You will build strategic client relationships, lead consultative sales conversations, and own the full sales cycle from discovery to close. A dynamic, entrepreneurial environment awaits within a premier financial services training provider.

Formación

• 5–8+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or client relationship management.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new business and grow sales revenue across target accounts.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach and networking.
• Lead consultative sales conversations with clients and prospects.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from discovery to proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Identify sales opportunities to expand existing client relationships.
• Partner with internal teams to sell and deliver tailored learning solutions.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline reporting and forecasting.
