Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking an Associate Director, Claims Compliance to lead a team of analysts tackling regulatory inquiries and exams. The role ensures adherence to state and federal rules, partnering across Insurance Operations and other functions to strengthen claims compliance.

You will report to the Senior Director, Claims Quality and Compliance. The position is remote for candidates in Dallas, Texas, with potential future hybrid options.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in claims operations, processing, and regulatory language.
• 5+ years of people management and team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate Oscar claims processes including research, adjustments, and regulatory inquiries.
• Lead analysts specializing in regulatory compliance, developing external responses to inquiries.
• Influence department strategy with quantitative and qualitative inputs to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Translate claims strategy into business plans and tactics to achieve program goals.
• Manage cross-departmental initiatives and collaborate with regulators and legal teams.
