Job summary

Humana is seeking an Associate Director, Actuarial Analytics/Forecasting to analyze and forecast financial and economic data, supporting strategic and operational decisions. You will establish metrics, provide data analyses, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive business intelligence and cost-effective solutions.

You will oversee a team of actuarial and analytics professionals, communicating results and ensuring data integrity across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• FSA or ASA plus relevant advanced degree, extensive work experience, and/or other relevant professional designations.
• MAAA credential strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Forecast financial, economic, and other data to inform strategic decisions.
