Allegiance Group is seeking an Associate Creative Director - Design to lead creative strategy and visual direction for fundraising campaigns across print and digital channels.

The role partners with leaders, strategists, copywriters, designers, and accounts to translate client objectives into compelling concepts that drive donor response while safeguarding brand integrity and production timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field (BA/BS).
• 7–10 years of professional experience in art direction, design, or creative leadership, in an agency or in-house environment.
• Experience with nonprofit fundraising, direct response marketing, and integrated campaigns across print and digital is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative development and visual direction for integrated fundraising campaigns across print and digital channels.
• Translate briefs into compelling concepts that engage donors and drive results.
• Provide creative leadership to designers, art directors, and account teams; ensure cohesive execution.
• Review and provide feedback to maintain high-quality output and brand alignment.
• Present concepts and strategies to internal teams and clients with clear rationale.
