AGP (Allegiance Group & Pursuant) seeks an Associate Creative Director to lead the creative strategy and visual direction for integrated fundraising campaigns across print and digital channels. You will mentor the Creative team and partner with strategists, copywriters, designers, and accounts to translate client objectives into compelling concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a design-related field and 7–10 years of senior creative leadership experience.
• Experience directing integrated campaigns for nonprofit fundraising is preferred.
• Strong portfolio showing visual design leadership across print and digital.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative development and visual direction for integrated fundraising campaigns.
• Mentor designers and art directors and ensure high-quality output.
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and accounts to craft campaign concepts.
• Review work and present concepts to clients with clear rationale.
• Stay current on nonprofit fundraising trends and AI-enabled design.
