Job summary

Allegiance Group is seeking an Associate Creative Director - Design to lead the creative direction for fundraising campaigns across print and digital channels. You will collaborate with strategists, copywriters, designers, and account teams to translate client objectives into compelling concepts and ensure high-quality output.

The role emphasizes mentorship of the Creative team, overseeing multiple projects, and maintaining brand integrity and production timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field from a four-year college or university.
• 7–10 years of professional experience in art direction, design, or creative leadership, preferably in an agency or in-house creative environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred experience includes nonprofit fundraising, direct response marketing, and integrated campaign development across print and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative development and visual direction for integrated fundraising campaigns across direct mail and digital channels.
• Translate strategic briefs into compelling creative concepts to support client goals and donor engagement.
• Provide creative leadership to designers and art directors to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
• Present concepts and campaign strategies to internal teams and clients with clear rationale.
• Manage multiple projects with timelines and deliverables.
• Stay current on nonprofit fundraising trends and AI capabilities.
