Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an Associate Art Director for a remote-first role in the United States, focusing on pharma and healthcare campaigns. You will lead art direction, ensuring brand strategy alignment and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will mentor designers, present concepts to clients, and translate clinical data into visual work across print, digital, social, and omnichannel. This role rewards creative initiative and regulatory savvy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• 2 years of advertising agency experience, pharma/healthcare preferred.
• Portfolio showing conceptual thinking across print, digital, social, omnichannel.
• Strong visual storytelling rooted in branding and typography.
• Excellent communication, able to defend creative rationale.
• Mentoring experience and ability to juggle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead art direction and execution of integrated campaigns for pharma/healthcare brands.
• Partner with Copy Supervisors to balance storytelling with regulatory accuracy.
• Mentor Art Directors and Designers with feedback and growth opportunities.
• Present creative concepts to clients and teams with strategic rationale.
• Guide projects from concept through production with consistency.
• Translate clinical data and market trends into visual work across channels.
• Push for innovative approaches beyond the safe to elevate work.
