Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience focused primarily on contract drafting and negotiation, preferably in construction, engineering, or related commercial environments.
• Familiarity with construction contracting concepts such as indemnity, insurance, and risk allocation.

• Provide transactional support drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction agreements.
