Qualifications

Understanding of OCIP and SDI insurance programs.
Willingness to work onsite and at headquarters.
Responsibilities
Interpret and advise on contract provisions and obligations.
Draft formal notices to owners, subcontractors, and insurance companies.
Collaborate with the Risk Mitigation team on insurance obligations.
Review and draft standard subcontract riders.
Support project team with change order and management processes.
Ensure timely submission of contractual documentation.
