Job summary

Ascension is seeking a remote, travel‑heavy role within the Strategic Integration department to support national healthcare initiatives by turning data into strategic actions. You will develop end-to-end implementation plans, coordinate with leaders, and drive project delivery across multiple workstreams.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and effective outcomes in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: None Required.
• Education: High School diploma equivalency with 3 years experience OR Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of national healthcare initiatives by analyzing operational data and translating insights into actionable strategic recommendations.
• Create and present high-level status reports and strategic deliverables to executive leadership to drive informed decision-making.
• Develop and manage end-to-end implementation plans, workstream frameworks, and stakeholder communications to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Facilitate national crisis response operations by collaborating with leadership to quickly deploy incident command protocols when needed.
• Foster cross-functional partner relationships and mentor new team members to strengthen team capabilities and accelerate project onboarding.
