Sazerac Company is seeking an Associate Category Manager to transform shopper and retailer data into actionable insights. You will partner with Sales to support Grocery and Military accounts, turning data into recommendations that drive distribution and category performance.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Category Management or related fields, experience with syndicated data and visualization tools, and a strong ability to tell a compelling data story in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years in Category Management, Shopper Insights, Retail Analytics, or Customer Strategy in CPG/beverage/retail.
• Experience with syndicated data (Circana, Nielsen) and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong communication and data storytelling skills; highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities remotely.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end process from data pulling to insights and recommendations for Grocery and Military growth strategies.
• Identify opportunities across assortment, shelving, pricing, promotions, and merchandising using various data sources.
• Build dashboards, business reviews, and analytical tools for Sales and Category teams.
• Monitor category performance, shopper trends, and competitive activity to uncover risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Category Managers and Sales to support customer strategies and category reviews.
