You will perform legal research, investigate facts, and prepare documents such as demand letters, governing documents, opinions, petitions, and motions; attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.

The role requires Texas licensure, a Juris Doctorate, and strong litigation and transactional skills.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• Proficiency in both litigation and transactional work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee/review pleadings, motions, discovery, etc. for both deed restriction enforcement and collection litigation.
• Oversee and manage a high-volume pre-litigation and litigation docket.
• Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.
• Client interaction and development.
• Coordinate workflow and supervise paralegals.
• Collaborate with POA shareholders and staff across offices.
