Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform intake and analyze files to develop strategy and budget within 24 hours.
• Draft civil litigation documents from discovery through dispositive motions and client correspondence.
• Review titles, pleadings, foreclosure documents, and respond to lender/agent requests.
• Make court appearances in Oregon (and possibly Washington) with timely client updates.
• Draft and edit reports, opinions, and compliance-related correspondence.
• Collaborate with staff and maintain professional client interactions.
• Identify and resolve problems quickly; escalate when needed.
• Balance team and individual responsibilities and promote quality.
