Qualifications

• J.D. degree required or equivalent.
• Bar admission in Georgia required.

Responsibilities

• Full litigation responsibilities including drafting and reviewing pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions.
• Manage high-volume civil debt-collection docket from inception to post-judgment actions.
• Handle post-judgment remedies such as attachments and garnishments.
• Appear for hearings and trials as needed.
