Qualifications
Licensed in the State of Georgia to practice law. Additional licensing in other states is welcomed.
Comfortable appearing in court and able to appear on time consistently using personal transportation.
Travel may be required with reimbursement according to IRS rates.
Responsibilities
Draft and review legal documents including Summons & Complaints and Settlement Agreements.
Draft, review and file litigation motions.
Communicate with Attorneys, Employers, and consumers to resolve accounts and suits.
Review lawsuits and ongoing legal documents.
Request coverage for court calls as necessary.
