Qualifications

• Licensed in the State of Georgia to practice law. Additional licensing in other states is welcomed.
• Comfortable appearing in court and able to appear on time consistently using personal transportation.
• Travel may be required with reimbursement according to IRS rates.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents including Summons & Complaints and Settlement Agreements.
• Draft, review and file litigation motions.
• Communicate with Attorneys, Employers, and consumers to resolve accounts and suits.
• Review lawsuits and ongoing legal documents.
• Request coverage for court calls as necessary.
