CAPPS LLC is seeking an Associate Attorney for our Georgia practice. The role requires GA Bar admission and a law degree, with a focus on creditors’ rights and litigation from filing through trial.

The position is remote, with an 8-hour shift Monday–Friday and a salary between $85,000 and $95,000 per year. Responsible for managing a high-volume docket and staying current on related laws.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor required and active Georgia Bar admission.
• Experience in general litigation and creditor’s rights is preferred.
• Ability to handle high-volume civil dockets and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full litigation duties from pleadings to trial and hearings.
• Handle post-judgment remedies including attachment and garnishment.
• Advise on consumer laws and state/local rule changes.
