Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree is required.
• Active bar membership in any U.S. state is required.
• Basic principles of QA/QC are preferred; bankruptcy experience is preferred but training is available.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review pleadings and other documents.
• Attend court hearings and coordinate with opposing counsel.
• Update internal systems with findings, documentation, and recommendations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all matters.
• Ensure compliance with foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements.
