Humana Inc. is seeking an Associate Actuary, Pricing to set pricing assumptions for Medicare Part D bids and to develop pricing tools for standard and custom benefits.

You will analyze utilization trends, working with pricing, forecasting, clinical, pharmacy, formulary and finance teams to ensure assumptions reflect current experience and initiatives. Remote role with possible travel and a 40-hour week.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• ASA designation and MAAA are required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to translate complex topics.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze historical claims experience, utilization patterns, member behavior and market dynamics.
• Research root causes of utilization changes using actuarial models and analytics.
• Collaborate with pricing, forecasting, clinical, pharmacy, formulary and finance teams.
• Monitor external factors like new drug launches and regulatory impacts.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership and business partners.
• Influence department strategy through Medicare Part D utilization expertise.
